I am extremely disappointed with MHC World’s service. I ordered and paid for a bed where the total cost clearly included delivery. After payment was made, I was contacted and informed that the delivery cost had “changed” and that the system did not calculate the delivery correctly. This is unacceptable. Customers should not be penalised for internal system errors after a transaction has already been completed and paid for. If delivery charges vary by location, the system should reflect this accurately before payment is taken — not after. Changing terms post-purchase is misleading and unfair to customers. I should not be expected to pay extra because of a system failure on MHC World’s side. Clear communication and transparent pricing are basic expectations, and unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short. To make it worse, the workers there treat the matter as if its normal
Makro’s online system is extremely unreliable. Customers are allowed to place and pay for orders on items that Makro clearly cannot deliver. There is no warning at checkout, only to wait weeks for a delivery that either never happens or gets cancelled without proper communication. Updates are poor, customer service is reactive instead of proactive, and the burden is placed on the customer to constantly follow up. This is unacceptable for a large retailer. If stock is not available or delivery cannot be fulfilled, the system should reflect this upfront instead of taking payment and cancelling later. Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience. Makro online needs serious improvement in stock management, communication, and customer accountability.
Went to the Checkers at Boardwalk Mall today to get fruit, which had raspberries, watermelons, blueberries and cherries - the watermelon, rhe raspberries and blueberries were rotten!!!!!!!
I had a router with Telkom for over a year, I started falling off on payments and then when I finally had little money to actually close the account, which obviously included paying a balance of eight hundred and something. After making payment I still received emails with invoices and statements and the amount had not changed, I contact them to ask what the problem Is and they say I put in the wrong reference I need to wait while they try allocate (case on case was opened and closed) this is from May, June and July.. the funds were allocated end of July meaning that the amount should have been less when the next statement came but that was not the case, I then called Telkom and asked that I want to CLOSE the account, mind you I've been asking to do this since May or earlier than that.. I am still being billed (today is the 5th of Sept) and somehow a router that was 150 from may to date is at 1500?? Please make it make sense especially for a person who has been asking to close the account, asking not to be billed cause the account is closed??? No one ever has a proper answer for the mess that is TELKOM which is why I'm bringing it. Your people don't even know where the amounts fabricated on the statement come from.
Vision Property and its trustees give the worst and slowest services. On a safety level and all round delivery. Gate almost never works, to a point where we sleep with gate open at times.. now we have a broken pipe that takes out water from shower, only thing left is for **** to also fall out.
