<p>I've been trying to get information about an order that I placed (And paid for) ten days ago, they do not answer emails nor the phone. I kept trying and got a person on the phone after a brief excuse about the "system" being offline the conversation was ended, no update whether the order will be sent. I expect this kind of service from a government office not a place that I assume wants repeat business.</p>
