Do not use this site, they do not respond to return requests AT ALL.
Don't bother if you're white, racist staff will "lose" your order and mock you in their language while you wait.
Reading the rest of the reviews I can see I am not alone, DO NOT do business with this company they will ***** you one way or another. I tried in vain to cancel with them, I tried to stop the debit order, last resort I will go to the bank in person and try to make them cancel it.
I had routine blood tests done with the metabolism tests added on two years ago, it amounted to around R1600, I had the same tests done this year and now they claim it costs R3700. This is plain unethical business practice.
<p>I wrote a review on my first experience with this business (Not so great). But the second time around they came through nicely, good communication and very fast delivery, no issues. Nice turnaround hope to see the same in the future!!</p>
<p>Useless people who don't want to help, how do you run a business like this. After four calls to the call centre I'm still waiting to get the meter registered, had to connect my tenant back the old way, supposedly they would call right back do yourself a favour and buy another meter this company does not give a **** about it's customers.</p>
<p>I've been trying to get information about an order that I placed (And paid for) ten days ago, status on their online dashboard is "on hold" , they do not answer emails nor the phone. I kept trying and got a person on the phone after a brief excuse about the "system" being offline the conversation was ended, no update whether the order will be sent. I expect this kind of service from a government office not a place that I assume wants repeat business.</p>
