Mica Signet with the best employee ever Memo

On Wednesday I went to Mica with my elderly mom.

When we got there i needed a lot of help with everything in my head that I only new how to describe but did not no the names and some functions.

I was assisted by a guy called Memo. The patience level of this guy was fernominal, his professionalism was out of this world. I kept giving hints and he had to make sense. We were walking around the store with the slowest pace ever coz my mom walks slow and he maintained the pace we did not have to run after him.

I kept asking for things and after getting it asked him how to use it because my DIY did not have clear instructions.

Memo was my sales man/advisor and tour guide and he excelled in all levels. I got the best service ever from Mica Signet and I got it from a guy called Memo. Funny thing is when I got home I told my husband about him and he described him exactly as Memo and said the guy u talking about is definitely him. Big up Memo keep up the good work
