On Wednesday I went to Mica with my elderly mom. When we got there i needed a lot of help with everything in my head that I only new how to describe but did not no the names and some functions. I was assisted by a guy called Memo. The patience level of this guy was fernominal, his professionalism was out of this world. I kept giving hints and he had to make sense. We were walking around the store with the slowest pace ever coz my mom walks slow and he maintained the pace we did not have to run after him. I kept asking for things and after getting it asked him how to use it because my DIY did not have clear instructions. Memo was my sales man/advisor and tour guide and he excelled in all levels. I got the best service ever from Mica Signet and I got it from a guy called Memo. Funny thing is when I got home I told my husband about him and he described him exactly as Memo and said the guy u talking about is definitely him. Big up Memo keep up the good work
Fnb lenasia keeps offering people The worst service ever. We needed assistance with entering my husband's profile since he lost his phone the past weekend. The drama we got from a guy called Lehlonolo was out of this world. The only thing he was good at was parading though out the branch. He failed at everything he was supposed to assist us with but we were not shoked that's all that branch and staff are good for. We were eventually assisted by a gentle man by the name of Sinethemba who then referd us back to the drama king Lehlonolo who again did his best at failing us poor Sinethemba had to move from his desk to assist us and that's when we finally got what we needed. My hubby is a private client with fnb but the was Lehlonolo treated him convinced me that closing my acc with them was the best decision ever now
On the 11 July I called Southern Toyota to book for my car. A guy by the name Lee Pillay assisted with that, he asked for my car reg and I provided it then he referred to me by my name and surname. I made a booking for Friday morning and ended the call. Friday morning came and my partner took the car in, Mr pillay scared my disc and greeted my partner saying good morning Mr Tsotetsi. My partner was shocked and corrected him saying nope wrong surname i don't no that person then Mr Pillay said but you brought in the car on behalf of someone right and my partner agreed. They told him they will call once the car is done then he left. On his way to work he calls me and asked who Mr Tsotetsi is and I was shocked because I don't no that person then he said well ur car belongs to him. I called Southern Toyota and spoke to Lee, told him what my partner said and he said I should confirm my car reg and I did then casually he replies and says yes this car belongs to me Tsotetsi that's what the profile says. I asked him how and when between these 4 days did my car change ownership, he calmly said that what the system says. Im panicking and I'm thinking oh my Lord I'm being ****ed at the dealership ship. I keep asking him why on Monday my car reg showed my profile then 4 days later it shows another individual he says I don't no but send me your details il change it on Monday. Im asking why Monday and he says because that is when they change it. This guy could not care less about me freaking out about my car changing profiles in 4 days. I asked what details he needs and he says my ID no and email and contact details, that's when I realized something was wrong. I mean I bought my car at Toyota, my car is financed by Toyota and yet they don't have my details nooooooo so I hang up and google Toyota customer care no. By God's grace I was attended by a lady call Mathapelo. I told her my story then she asked for my ID no and I provided it to my surprise she confirmed my worst nightmare and said my ID no reflects no vehicle under it. I almost fainted and asked what she meant then she asked for my vehicle reg and again I provided then she said on her system it shows Mr Tsotetsis profile, I asked her the same question what happened in these 4 days that I don't no about then she said ok wait let me look at another system and that's when she confirmed that I purchased the vehicle on such a date and year. However the problem still remained how did my profile be removed and why was it replaced with a strangers profile then she decided to call the dealership while I was getting ready to go to the dealership because now in scared when they done with my vehicle they might call this Mr Tsotetsi guy to come get my car. As im about to leave the house she calls back and says she still can't give me a clear reason as to why my cars profile changed to this Tsotetsi guy how ever she called the dealership Mr Pillay was just not cooperating she had to eventually speak to the manager how ever they changed everything on thier side and the profile is back in my name. Even after hearing this i was not ok because the guy who booked my car for service then changed or swapped profiles was still in possession of my vehicle so I went to Southern Toyota upon arrival I tell Mr Pillay I'm here for my car no apologies nothing he asked me if I wanted a glass of water - ofcos as bored as I was I said no then he complimented my red top like really then walked me to the car to stamp the service book. Im so disappointed with Toyota ever since I bought my car the wifi has been a problem I called until I stopped because I received no assistance The material on the floor is not tucked in well we constantly have to tuk it in I don't no weather it need glue or what The rubber of the rear door constantly falls of we have to push it in I bought my self a brand new car because I was running away from all these small problems mara thanks to Toyota when people jump in the car I need to give instructions plz mind your feet that material thing comes out, plz just watch when closing the door the rubber falls off, now thanks to Southern Toyota I have to constantly check my vehicle ownership as profiles get swaped within 4 days
i went to spur trade route mall for my sons birth day lunch and the whole experience was just wow, it was packed but i must command the stuff on efficiency especially our waiter Angella. She recommended we try the mushroom with the source. Wow im obsessed, im so inlove with them i went back for them the following day. They are just perfect plz try them if not for you then just coz u can
On the 2nd January 2024 my partner had an accident with my car, luckily he was not injured and was listed as a driver as well. I reported it to my insurance and from the 1st person i spoke to it was as if it was their car that was involved in an accident. They were so professional but still made me feel like family. I thought maybe it would take 3-6 months for them to finalize everything but i promise you i was played out by the 26 january 2024. I wish i could just sing and shout thier praises but space will not allow me however i recommend the whole world to give them a chance and i promise you will thank me later
I wanted wifi at my house and i called Evotel and they said they will assist however the service provider will be supersonic i said ok. I signed up and did everything with Evotel we finished and they delivered then i had to wait for supersonic to call and give me a way forward but since they took forever i decided to call and sign up, they were very helpful with the sign up and constantly called to remind me to accept the debit order mandate, called again to walk me through accepting the mandate on their platforms. I called few min afterwards to tell them to correct the delivery address and that's when things got real i could only get through to them surely after the 10th call and they promised to fix it to my surprise its still not fixed. I called on Friday to find out when they will come deliver my rooter i was told it will take 7-14 days to deliver a router so during the weekend i did my research and found out there are other fiber providers that deliver the router within 24 hours so the whole of today from 8am i have been calling them to cancel so that i can at least start using the fiber i signed up for this year instead of next year but i cannot get through, i opted for the call backs more than10 time in 2 hours and still nothing so i guess i everything of theirs you do this year and they will respond next year. Supersonic if u see this plz cancel my order i will not wait till next year i found someone who will provide service this year
My son has been bothering me with wifi since mid year so i promised him that if he passes in December then he will get it. I did my home work and 2 of my neighbors said they use to use Evotel hence i called yesterday. I spoke to a gentleman who handled the call very well and told me that ill be called to book an appointment for installation and 2 min after he hung up i got a call and i was given options and i chose the 8am slot. Today at 8 there was no knock on my door and no call or text stating times have changed, 8:30 still nothing, 9am nothing 10am I'm starting to get call asking were am i because i said id be done by 9 latest so i decided to call Exotel, i called the installation department, 1st lady i spoke to was in a very loud place i could not hear a word she said then i called again i spoke to a lady who said she will call back and 30min later i was still waiting for her call so i decided to call the sales department and lucky me i spoke to the same guy who made my sale yesterday. I took out my frustration on him as i was explaining my situation and he was soo calm and prof and assured me he will get me assistance, he said he will ask the installations ladies to call me and i insisted i get transfered because the never call back. I spoke to the same lady who was supposed to call me back and she said the technicians said they will come today but they will call me, imagine I've been waiting for them for a full 3 hours and I'm supposed to wait for them to call me when they feel like it so i demanded the technicians number and she said she will ask them to call me immediately, i honestly did not believe her but i said ok anyway. To my surprise the technician calls and says he will come around 1pm - 1:20 pm so i asked y did he not call earlier and he says they get their schedule at 7pm every night and yesterday when he got his i was not there, i asked when was he told to come and install at my house he says now 11:24 am they just sent him my details now. Im soooooo disappointed with Evotel my whole day was waisted today and I was greatly inconvenienced by their lack of professionalism. Maybe going forth they should not offer a client an option to choose a time slot specially if you will wait for5 additional hours while they service clients that will be paying in gold and not hard earned money like mine
i think its two weeks back i went to trade route mall and i entered Akermans as usual, when we enters the staff told us about a sale that was going in there, Wow the service i got from every department as i enters, these people were efficient and productive, they new thier stuff and made shopping such a pleasant one for me. I was there with my mother and 2 year old who was very busy around the whole store and we were there for more than an hour, my mother was offers a chair and they made sure the little lady did not run out of the door. Above all i just want to command the whole staff there from the manager who kept showing us this side and that side to all the guys on the floor i applaud you're excellent customer service. Keep it up
In 2022 i called fedility and asked for their car track services after being referred by a friend who had also just signed up, i was told it would be hundred n something and i was ok with it,technician came and installed and showed me the panic button on the steering wheel and also gave me a wrist thingie for emergencies. Today im sitting at the parking lot and i realize that the panic button thing is no longer there on the steering wheel, i panicked thinking what if i was in an emergancy, so i called fidelity and asked how is it possible that the panic button can be removed and they did not pick it up coz surely who ever did that must have touched it, then the consultant by the name of charmaine Ndodana says to me it was not active i should have called to activate it,, i asked her how am i supposed to know that it needs activation coz im not a technician? I asked how is it possible that i have been paying for full 2 years and a couple of months without an activation? Im sooooooo disappointed with fidelity drive its not funny and id like to advice other woman out there who know nothing about car devises to go for a company that will explain everything to you and also advise you to activate their devices. My premium was increased without my knowledge i just saw it when it went of n i didnt argue because i thought im paying for my own assistant so anyway today after talking to the rude consultant i asked her how much my cancelation fee will be R1800 mind you my monthly installment is R208 and i have 5 more months left so i need to pay them for thier incompetence. Right now im sitting with a service provider who provides no service except to collect money. My advice to everyone is rather trust God than fidelity at least he doesn't need to be activated you just call upon him
