Terrible Service

I'm not happy with changes they currently made is kinda confusing and mixed up for instant I am here to collect my son's medication and I had to que on a urine que and pressure and scale normally I que and give the file onece and wait for a doctor and the clerk they come to us to collect the cards and that was better we were called according date and time it was fast now has to spend 2 hours

Even the nurses they spend time on their phones WhatsApping that time there's a patient in a room.

They can call the workers for a meeting but we're in que.im not happy at all coz some of us have to go to work.
