Do not use this agent!

I rented an apartment from the above agency from July 2015. I had to cancel within 6 months due to relocation and was aware of the cancellation fee per the contract. My request was accepted as they found a new tenant to take over the lease. I had a final inspection with Jansie and she confirmed all was in order. About 2 weeks later, I received an email with an attachment in Afrikaans. Throughout my stay and before that, all communication was in English. The attachment detailed the final deposit amount due to me and I noticed the early cancellation and final inspection fees were deducted per the lease. I was shocked to see R2,000 (two thousand rands) was also deducted with the line item \Skade"and no further explanation. I have been trying to get hold of them with no luck to explain to me what it is and how they derived that amount. It's extremely disgusting"
