Don't buy a property from them
Worst agents you could ask for. Little to no knowledge of the property they are selling. Absolutely no support after the OTP was signed. They told me (as the buyer) that water was included in the levies, after moving in, it was not included. They did not state that the irrigation system was broken. They bully you into making an offer, unfortunately they have the power to do that. Would never recommend them.

Don't buy a property from them

Crooks!! Watch out!
This company does not even deserve a rating! They are crooks and liars.. Never use this agency they have so many excuses on paying pack your deposit. Good christian values se voet man!!

This company does not even deserve a rating! They are crooks and liars.. Never use this agency they have so many excuses on paying pack your deposit. Good christian values se voet man!!

<p>This agency is beyond unprofessional. Advertise as a Christian agency but don't conduct business that way. I've asked multiple times for a deposit recon and never received. Today received my deposit refund of R1600 with no recon on the deductions made of R7300. Jansie, who was the agent, spread lies in the complex. She advertised the property incorrectly and then even lied to me about that. While I was away and they had access to the property a tap was physically removed leaving me without water and then charged me to replace this. Also see review on Micheline Van Der Linde Properties. This is not an agency you want to rent from. Remax is a very safe option. </p>

Do not use this agent!
I rented an apartment from the above agency from July 2015. I had to cancel within 6 months due to relocation and was aware of the cancellation fee per the contract. My request was accepted as they found a new tenant to take over the lease. I had a final inspection with Jansie and she confirmed all was in order. About 2 weeks later, I received an email with an attachment in Afrikaans. Throughout my stay and before that, all communication was in English. The attachment detailed the final deposit amount due to me and I noticed the early cancellation and final inspection fees were deducted per the lease. I was shocked to see R2,000 (two thousand rands) was also deducted with the line item \Skade"and no further explanation. I have been trying to get hold of them with no luck to explain to me what it is and how they derived that amount. It's extremely disgusting"
