Completely disappointed

Ordered a Pelvi tone device, got a Herniated Discs Care Device instead. Unbelievable incompetence! Not what I paid for (1,837.50). Seller can't even get a simple order right. Avoid at all costs.

Despite notifying the supplier and requesting a full refund, the company has refused to comply with my consumer rights and has instead offered only a partial refund or store credit while also demanding that I pay return courier costs.
