She is a total **** artist. I ordered Insta Smile from her and she sent me a product that was worse that that is worse than the cheapest equivilant on Temo. She is trying to get away from it by sending me email after email with a lot of issues and wanting more infor and photos and videos etc. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT from her!!!

Ordered a Pelvi tone device, got a Herniated Discs Care Device instead. Unbelievable incompetence! Not what I paid for (1,837.50). Seller can't even get a simple order right. Avoid at all costs. Despite notifying the supplier and requesting a full refund, the company has refused to comply with my consumer rights and has instead offered only a partial refund or store credit while also demanding that I pay return courier costs. Would not recommend. Unprofessional and *************.

Product description and item received like chalk and cheese! Gross mis- representation. The company needs to be sued & taken to court. Lesson learnt: always check on HelloPeter before ordering online.

Absolutely shocking - the Clearview glasses is a **** - Should have known better. 1000 of excuses, does not want to return my money - even though the website clearly states full refund and quoted the consumers act even.

Complainant: Belinda Wahl Supplier: Clear Vision Spectacles (Cape Town) Product: Prescription spectacles Nature of complaint: Defective medical product – refusal to issue full refund Complaint Summary I purchased prescription spectacles from Clear Vision Spectacles. The glasses supp**** to me are defective and not fit for their intended medical purpose. Despite notifying the supplier and requesting a full refund, the company has refused to comply with my consumer rights and has instead offered only a partial refund or store credit while also demanding that I pay return courier costs. This conduct is ******** and in violation of the Consumer Protection Act. Details of the Complaint The spectacles supp**** to me do not function correctly and cannot be used for their intended purpose, which is to correct my vision. Spectacles are a medical and wellness product and are essential for health, safety and daily functioning. I informed Clear Vision Spectacles of the defect and requested a full refund in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. The company refused and instead: Offered me only 50% back, or Offered store credit, and Demanded that I pay return courier costs for a defective medical product. I was also never supp**** with their alleged terms and conditions prior to the sale. Consumer Rights Violated Clear Vision Spectacles has breached the following provisions of the Consumer Protection Act: Section 55 – Right to safe, good quality goods The spectacles are not of good quality, not fit for purpose, and not usable as medical eyewear. Section 56 – Imp**** warranty of quality Where goods fail within six months, the consumer is entitled to choose a full refund, replacement or repair. The supplier may not dictate the remedy. Section 48 – Unfair, unreasonable or unjust contract terms Requiring me to accept partial refunds, store credit, or pay return costs for defective medical goods is unfair and ********. The supplier’s conduct is also misleading and abusive toward a consumer exercising their legal rights. Relief Sought I request that the Consumer Commission order Clear Vision Spectacles to: Issue a full refund of the purchase price Collect the defective spectacles at their own cost Cease ******** refund and return practices Conclusion I acted in good faith and attempted to resolve this matter directly with the supplier. They refused to comply with the law and attempted to shift financial responsibility for their defective product onto me. I therefore request formal intervention and enforcement action.

Don't waste your money on this ****. It's the same people who advertised Hear clearly, which was a complete loaf of garbage.... namely, their tinnitus relief spray. I ordered and waited like 3week prior to receiving, when I eventually got it, it was mailed from China. Needless to say, this **** never worked and only gave us an ear infection. They refuse to refund me and were full of excuses..... These ****mers should picked up by Facebook and removed or blocked. It's disgusting to see how many shrewd and dishonest people are out there.... When you see the name, Michelle Smit..... Be very aware..... Now they are advertising spectacles /glasses.... 😬😡

The business "Michelle Smit Clear Vision glasses" are ****mers. 1. The product takes an excessive amount of time to be delivered. 2. The glasses are of plastic and very inferior quality. 3. The product does not do anything that it is advertised to do. 4. After requesting a refund, "Michelle" plays for time by asking you to do certain things and try certain things that take days-but the product still does not work. 5. She then asks you to take video of the product in and out of the sun to show that it does not work. 6. She keeps playing for time and upon requesting a refund she offers a "20% discount of future purchases" from her JUNK-STORE...but no refund. She is an ********* ****mer who does not adhere to her own advertised policy of "30 day money back guarantee." BE WARNED!
