Product description and item received like chalk and cheese! Gross mis- representation. The company needs to be sued & taken to court. Lesson learnt: always check on HelloPeter before ordering online.
Poor communication skills on the telephone (if you can get through!), and lousy attitude in the branch (seems they're just posing, and that in slow motion!). U-Count communications just as bad

I went to Norman Goodfellows in Kyalami on the morning of Black Friday 24-Nov-2023, and the special deal of R182 for the Famous Grouse whisky was not available (apparently the stock had not been delivered). The manager did not know when the special ended, when the stock would arrive, and could not provide a rain check, or arrange a delivery once stock arrived.
Despite reminders, Momentum Wealth continue to ignore my 2 queries initiated via email on 18-Aug-2023 and 09-Oct-2023. In my opinion Momentum's administrative standards have dropped off significantly .... I've also had service disappointments with Momentum Medical Scheme (really poor handling of simple claims)
Nearly impossible to communicate easily with them ..... only known telephone number for contact is 0860123000, which is constantly overloaded (lengthy holding on times) calls regularly cut-off or dropped, and there are irritating advertising messages while holding, etc)
Standard Bank proudly announced that they would accept/allow cash withdrawals via any other Banks' ATMs, and waive the fee normally charged for using another Bank's ATM. I withdrew some cash last week from a FNB ATM and was promptly charged R38-00. Do they ever get anything right first time round??
Receiving many promotional Emails from Makro .... I never subscribed, and it impossible to unsubscribe …. very unproffessional
Very poor admin! …… had Xrays done for which payment had to be made upfront . … over 2 weeks have passed by, and despite reminders and virtually begging for a detailed receipt/invoice, for submission to Medical Aid, am still waiting ….. very old fashioned system they must be using ….. anywhere else one gets the required documentation immediately , especially if amount due is paid
I requested that a debit order be stopped. StdBank charged me approximately R55 for this but the d/o still went through and again the following month. They refuse to reverse the fee charged! Surely one should only pay a service fee if the service 'worked'
