Do not be convinced by any of their promises and excuses. These people will have excuses and problems from day 1. They did not even let is at least start good before they started *****ing. They stole from moth one. Once you've signed a contract that will be the last time they pick up a phone call. My tenant pay in advance.... we've received one payment a month late.... that's it....
