Microsoft Store – No Support for Refunds on Online Purchases I purchased an Xbox game from the Microsoft Store in good faith, only to discover it does not work on my PC despite being listed as available in my region. I requested a refund within two hours, yet received no response. The online refund system loops endlessly and provides no resolution.
