I would like to commend Gateway Test Station for their outstanding service. The team was quick, efficient, and clearly well‑trained — they knew exactly what to do even before I asked. My vehicle was processed smoothly and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is a good business run by good people, and their professionalism and efficiency deserve recognition. Highly recommended.
I wish to formally record my dissatisfaction with the conduct of Matrix Vehicle Tracking’s customer service. A recent call, ostensibly to update my contact details, was unnecessarily long‑winded and handled in a rude and dismissive manner. The representative failed to consider the customer’s time or circumstances, and when I attempted to end the conversation, I was subjected to veiled threats. Such behaviour is unacceptable and falls short of the standards expected of a professional service provider. Updating basic information should be a straightforward process, not an opportunity to intimidate or undermine customers. I request that Matrix Vehicle Tracking review its customer service practices and ensure that future interactions are conducted with respect, efficiency, and integrity
Microsoft Store – No Support for Refunds on Online Purchases I purchased an Xbox game from the Microsoft Store in good faith, only to discover it does not work on my PC despite being listed as available in my region. I requested a refund within two hours, yet received no response. The online refund system loops endlessly and provides no resolution. The lack of support after payment is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. @Microsoft @Xbox @XboxSupport
No Connection, again This issue has still not been resolved. There is no connection after power outage again. Please address this reoccurring issue efficaciously.

The rating would be zero if possible. They are running a debt collections company that call about depths that you don't even have. They never have the correct information and are not able or willing to share what they claim. There should be a law against companies like this.
I am extremely disappointed with Adidas' handling of delivery of the shoes I purchased. Despite being a loyal customer, I am faced with an about month-long delay of the delivery of the purchase. Still not delivered! The lack of transparency regarding this issue is concerning. To add to the frustration, Adidas seems to have no available contact number to address customer queries directly. Moreover, their failure to respond to my reports further exacerbates the situation. As a customer, I expect better communication and support from such a reputable brand. This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in Adidas' customer service and reliability.
