SDMS Midas Springfield has an arrogant manager

SDMS Midas Springfield supp**** incorrect spares and refused to exchange. I have spent thousands of rands at SDMS Springfield over the years and they gave me horrible service regarding inexpensive items - the items were probably in the region of R600-R700. The salesperson (Ethian) was pleasant and was ready to help - but the manager, Deven, was very arrogant. I had misplaced the receipt, but the salesperson found it on the system. When I asked for the spares originally, I was served by Menesh. The thermostat and Air filter was incorrectly supp**** - the size of the filter was incorrect and the thermostat had a different fitting on the part. The manager refused to exchange the parts. I was taking approximately R3,000 more spares but I left the spares because of their pathetic service. If they had supp**** me with the correct spares originally - there would have been no reason to repair because I purchased with the intent to use the spares. I also found out that they gave me spark plugs that fits but actually gives the vehicle a terrible fuel consumption. Disgusting service from Deven SDMS Springfield Park. If I asked for the wrong spares - I would have taken responsibility - but SDMS Springfield supp**** the wrong items and refused to exchange. Devan is an arrogant idiot.
