Bought Electricity and receive no units
Good day I bought Electricity for 400 rand and received no units. I already paid the R2500 recovery and i dont owe anything. Please explain why i did not receive my units and was charged an Amount when i bought Units. Need an explanation
You cant treat those who pay similar to those who owe

Units have been given for the remain amount purchased. Please contact our offices on 012 426 3400 or alternately e-mail us at CustomerCare@midcityutilities.co.za for any future assistance. Regards,
