Good day I bought Electricity for 400 rand and received no units. I already paid the R2500 recovery and i dont owe anything. Please explain why i did not receive my units and was charged an Amount when i bought Units. Stop collecting as the contract was *****ulently done and you have a recording for that error on your side
For the 5th time- i have cancelled a contract with Vodacom after they did their own investigation and even checking audio or telephone records to show that the contract was taken without my consent-however they continue to debit my Account. This is after i took time to cancel the contract with them. And having to go through various teams who investigated the matter. This is frustrating and time wasting on my side to continue dealing with same issues now for month. Cancel the contract and stop your collection. New contract issued without consent
Vodacom contract came to an end September 2023. Sales consultant forced for a renewal and a new product of Sim only which i rejected because i dont want any contract. To my surprise the consultant went ahead and added the new product as a new contract. The business practice is disgusting. I want this contract revoked and consulted cautioned of such practices. I even requested for the number to be disconnected which it was. Contract number I******4 replies
