Midcity not responsive. reported a water leakage at Princeton Park phase 4 on email with pictures attached. Five days later no response or acknowledgement
Midcity Utilities customer service is not responsive. It has been a week of sending a query without a response. The query is related to Account payment and POP has been provided. Showing such an attitude to those paying and paying on time shows lack of respect for their business and customers

An Authorised debit order. I am only scheduled for a debit on the 15th of every month. However, this morning my Account was debited. I need this reversed as the money is to be used Tomorrow (8th of December 2023) No one gets paid on the 7th. Reverse my money today. The debit order will take place as per normal date. The Worst banking experience of all time A simple request to settle and close an Account resulted in more than 30 minutes call and three transfers and still no resolution. The Agents don't know what they are doing. all they do is transfer the call.
For the 5th time- i have cancelled a contract with Vodacom after they did their own investigation and even checking audio or telephone records to show that the contract was taken without my consent-however they continue to debit my Account. This is after i took time to cancel the contract with them. And having to go through various teams who investigated the matter. This is frustrating and time wasting on my side to continue dealing with same issues now for month. Cancel the contract and stop your collection. Vodacom contract came to an end September 2023. Sales consultant forced for a renewal and a new product of Sim only which i rejected because i dont want any contract. To my surprise the consultant went ahead and added the new product as a new contract. The business practice is disgusting. I want this contract revoked and consulted cautioned of such practices. I even requested for the number to be disconnected which it was. Contract number I7718621 0609147429
