Midea after sales very bad... Just like the product

Bought a washing machine from takealot not even 3 months ago and now the machine needs replacement or repairs takealot doesn't cover the warranty I was told to contact midea. And I did but no response I want this machine replacement as the water level doesn't work correctly. I will not recommend Midea to anyone after sales is very bad I have another brand and needed assistance from them I got a response within 4hours of email

So here I am almost a month later and still my problem isn't resolved... please explain why a 16kg washing machine cant wash a double duvet the water fills the drum halfway according to your teqnician it's supposed to only fills half a drum on high setting.. so why do you have a 16kg that cant even handel a 5kg load??? I want a refund on this machine... worst brand in the country
