Purchase a Hisense through takealot the machine came with dents and scratched now that i want to return i can't because it's not part of a manufacturer warranty. Please stop doing business with takealot they make the name hisense bad.
Yet Another issue with takealot and 30day no hassel return warranty. So i purchased a washing machine 26 Feb 2026 this is not even 30days ago the machine was delivered and i only took it out the boks today as this was a gift for my mother i saw this machine has a dent on the side and scratches also the 11kg is smaller than i though now that i want to return it takealot doesn't hold up to the 30day return policy.
Never buy any big household items from takealot when the product is faulty you must contact the supplier and when you have to get your money back because of a faulty item this is where the waiting starts nobody from takealot responds to any emails Midea said I must get a refund from takealot and takealot only takes money and doesn't give a lot of attention to aftersales. Please never buy this product it's endless problems with aftersales, eventually got the ******* product returned to midea, and then was told to wait for a refund from takealot this is day 3 now no response from Midea or takealot I need my money back to buy a proper washing machine as I was sold a faulty machine but Midea doesn't have any customer service the just ignore any emails and phone calls get dropped. 16kg washing machine can't do a 5kg load Midea has no after sales please come and take your 2month old machine and give my money back
Bought a washing machine from takealot not even 3 months ago and now the machine needs replacement or repairs takealot doesn't cover the warranty I was told to contact midea. And I did but no response I want this machine replacement as the water level doesn't work correctly. I will not recommend Midea to anyone after sales is very bad I have another brand and needed assistance from them I got a response within 4hours of email
What a bad experience... I have documents that needs to be stamped for verification of non client i send these documents 15 January today was the 9th email with the same documents 6 phone calls and no response. They tell me to wait 24 to 47 hours for documents to be stamped and email back so it's a week now and nothing
So another week passed and still I haven't received a instalation and the problem hasn't been resolved. I app**** for a new instalation 22nd September 2025 almost a month ago and up to now only had problems and excuses every phone call and email is the very same reply waiting for someone to release a line waiting on a ops manager I'm so frustrated.

And so another few days has passed and nothing happened only calls and emails to say you are working on the problem well seems like I'll never get the service from you that I had as a client of 2years before moving adress
