Frustrating level of service

I am so appalled at the level of service I received from the company. I arranged for a collection of an item 3 weeks ago, the item was only collected last week Thursday. To this day, nothing has been communicated to me.

This morning I have been trying to get hold of them through emails, an automated email comes through with a redirection to an email that does not work. Tried calling them several times, thier receptionist keeps on transferring me to a line that just rings forever to no assistance. I want to be assisted with my refund. No one cares to reach out and give me an update. I am really frustrated by how the company lacks a sense of urgency towards thier customers.
