I am extremely disappointed at the level of service received. I have been assisting my aunt with her claim, with the company as she has been paying a monthly premium for a funeral cover. We had made sure we get information on which documents to be forward and sent the documents including the proof of payments they have asked for via email. She physically has been there twice for her claim and had been told it's being processed to allow atleast 24-72 hours. This was from a lady named Nomfundo and a guy called Njabulo in the two times she has been there, and this is after a number of emails we have sent to no response. This was in 2024 November, we now in 2025 . Clearly the customers aren't being taken serious. First of all they should have records of the payments on thier system as the money is debited on a monthly basis. How do they expect one to make funeral arrangements if it will take them months to process a mere claim. Consider that the main reason one takes a funeral plan is for the convenience of not having to deal with the financial stress of burial funds while mourning the loved one, but with you there is no convenience at all. What does it take for a claim to be processed or is this a ****. No document is outstanding but the funds have still not reached the account. I can never recommend this company to anyone and we still want the funds processed as soon as yesterday.
I am so appalled at the level of service I received from the company. I arranged for a collection of an item 3 weeks ago, the item was only collected last week Thursday. To this day, nothing has been communicated to me. This morning I have been trying to get hold of them through emails, an automated email comes through with a redirection to an email that does not work. Tried calling them several times, thier receptionist keeps on transferring me to a line that just rings forever to no assistance. I want to be assisted with my refund. No one cares to reach out and give me an update. I am really frustrated by how the company lacks a sense of urgency towards thier customers.

The most ridiculous I've ever seen. They over bill you, there is always new costs, most inaccurate readings, website is always down, you get billed even when utilizing the electricity. Like im out of words and let's not mention thier customer service 🙄
You guys really don't take me serious....last year around October I complained about a Roman's pizza that was not well cooked and you told me a consultant will contact me now the something happened 2 weeks ago and I was told it would be forwarded to Roman's up until now I have not heard anything and on both complaints I took pictures to show the dough on the pizza....so you basically saying my complaints does not matter and I'm sure u aware that dough upsets the stomach but no you don't care bandla

I expect full compensation because I can not pay for food that wasn't cooked. Do better and fix this because this is disgusting. What is annoying is the fact that I logged the actual complaint on the 27th of September till today still no feedback

On Wednesday last week we ordered a chicken meal at Trade Route Mall and we were in a rush we ordered a takeaway, when we got home to start eating, the meat had a very fowl smell, it was rotten, we understand that there has been load shedding over the weeks but they need to get rid of meat that is no longer good to eat, they might not want to work at a loss by throwing away the meat but they must not gamble with people's health like that...Rotten meat makes you sick. Money wasted over rotten food
I ordered a pizza from Romans online it was a pan pizza, I ordered it from Blue Hills (Midrand) the pizza was just dough...I literally tasted the dough....can't even return the pizza because I am at work and never have time that is why I ordered it online. Romans pizza has never disappointed me but this time I am really not happy about their product, I am just crossing my fingers that tonight I manage to sleep without having a runny stomach
