Highly disappointed

This hospital is supposedly a private hospital. As a private hospital one pays for one's medical aid to ensure in cases of hospitalisation they get their money's worth with nurses who can at least muster a good attitude with a smile in your time of deepest need. I had severe headaches and when I'd ask for something to treat it, id have to wait at minimum 30 minutes before i get any assistance. I can also name a nurse in particular who treated so poorly it was shocking and disappointing. In the Wards u could have 2 hours without any nurse checking up on you, so I don't understand how they operate as supposed "private" hospital.
