The sales consultant was very friendly and patient with me in taking me through some of the information I at first didn’t quite understand. Top tier service.
This man is a **** artist. He made arrangements for an extended stay at an Airbnb (an arrangement outside of Airbnb since he had negotiated a rate with the host as he would be staying for a month or more). The initial arrangement was he would stay for the first week and make payment on the 7th of the following month, which he didn’t. He kept making promises and not keeping to them. He ended up staying over a month without paying for any of his stay. He promised he will pay after being asked to leave due to non-payment. He still hasn’t paid and shows no signs of doing so. Do not allow this person to use your accommodation before making payment upfront.
I am so appalled and upset with this company. They ruined my 4th wedding anniversary by not delivering as promised I had to send the same emails maybe 20 time of pictures that they claimed were blurry and which were not. I have been a loyal customer for years and I am done. Absolutely ruined something that was meant to be so special to me.
What a pity greyhound returned to be nothing more than a shadow of its former self. Not only was the bus cancelled and replaced last minute by some bus called “Eljosa “, this replacement was nowhere near in terms decent facilities you would expect from the money that was paid for the ticket. This was just a proper **** from greyhound who should have done everyone a favour when they got back in business to rather rebrand and cater for entry level bus service NOT luxury at is has been misleadingly marketed.
Absolutely atrocious condition of Bus I had to use from PMB to JHB (which was also more than an hour late) mind you, the toilet doesn’t work and the cherry on top is the air-conditioning that doesn’t work as well. Cannot believe I paid R820 for such nonsense.
this insurance company is the worst. i have been trying to claim for the last 3 weeks, no one has returned by messages or requests to be called back, what should i do to get help from this company!!!????
I opened a business account with FNB. My account was closed due to non-activity. I called two weeks back to have it activated only to find when i followed up today that the request was never sent for re-activation. I have spent a total of over 2 hours with FNB and have gotten nowhere. This is so frustrating given that i am expecting to use this account for business but now i have to start the whole process again to try and get my account re-activated. I have no prior experience with this bank, but i must say, i a veeerrrry disappointed with the little interaction i have had with FNB.
I’ve been trying to make a purchase since last year but transactions get declined. This was meant to be fixed early January already but nothing still. I’m really disappointed in the poor service I’ve received.
These people don’t know what they are doing. Service is atrocious, losing parcels/damaging parcel, parcels take forever to reach their destination. If really there was a something lower than one star I would rather give that.
I have never had such a terrible experience with a cellphone network. I applied for a new cellphone contract with MTN at Sandton City only to have an incorrect phone loaded.I asked for this to be cancelled only to find out I have already been billed for a cellphone I DO NOT HAVE and the cancellation has still to be processed 2 weeks after requesting cancellation. As expensive as Vodacom is,I truly regret setting foot at MTN because I have never experienced such horrible service.
