Scheduled a move for 2 appliances from locations 3km from one another. A move which should take no longer than 15 minutes in total. The team arrived 2 hours late which meant that I had to pay someone an additional 2 hours to supervise the property while waiting. I agreed to pay the balance 2 hours late as their inability to locate a well-known large estate resulted in me having to incur additional expenses. The manager and team leader insisted that the balance of the payment be made immediately having to respect or consideration for my time wasted waiting an additional 2 hours for the team to arrive. Inability to take accountability for poor service delivery! Taking what you serve is not applicable to you and "my apologies for the inconvenience" is as much as you'll get. A pit I cant pay the person supervising an additional 2 hours with "apologies for the inconvenience". Shocking to say the least!
