Scheduled a move for 2 appliances from locations 3km from one another. A move which should take no longer than 15 minutes in total. The team arrived 2 hours late which meant that I had to pay someone an additional 2 hours to supervise the property while waiting. I agreed to pay the balance 2 hours late as their inability to locate a well-known large estate resulted in me having to incur additional expenses. The manager and team leader insisted that the balance of the payment be made immediately having to respect or consideration for my time wasted waiting an additional 2 hours for the team to arrive. Inability to take accountability for poor service delivery! Taking what you serve is not applicable to you and "my apologies for the inconvenience" is as much as you'll get. A pit I cant pay the person supervising an additional 2 hours with "apologies for the inconvenience". Shocking to say the least!

The customer service from these guys is mind-blowing. Useless, rude, unprofessional. Do not use them. The 'supervisor' who attended the move was rude to his workers, and when the team damaged a very expensive table of mine, they blamed me for the scratch. I have rarely seen such an unprofessional supervisor, he seemed +-24 years old who treated his workers very poorly. In short, I was blamed for damaging my own table. I messaged the 'manager', and never received a message or apology back. This company treat their workers poorly, and are dismally rude to the client.

Excellent service, from the prompt response via email from Ron Berchu, to the INCREDIBLY affordable prices and ability to help me on short notice (I needed cabinets moved from Boksburg to Woodmead within a day). The guys pitched on time and no damage to furniture. I would recommend!

I am rating one star as there is no other option,I moved on the 31st of October and discovered later that day that my braai stand was missing a wheel,I told Ron about it who I was communicating with throughout and he told me that he questioned his staff and they merely said they weren’t responsible but I have a picture of the braai stand in tact before the move. He never even once apologized he simply dismissed me and proceeded to ignore my emails when I asked for a solution.I chose a professional company to avoid damages, there is no accountability whatsoever and since he had received his payment he wasn’t bothered about after service support. I would not recommend them at all.

I had a terrible experience with Midmove. They damaged my wall and piano during the delivery process and refuse to settle damage costs - they forced me to pay the balance of the payment and promised that they’d be in contact to repair my wall but I haven’t heard back from them. I’m absolutely disgusted by their customer service and definitely will not recommend their company.
