I am rating one star as there is no other option,I moved on the 31st of October and discovered later that day that my braai stand was missing a wheel,I told Ron about it who I was communicating with throughout and he told me that he questioned his staff and they merely said they weren’t responsible but I have a picture of the braai stand in tact before the move. He never even once apologized he simply dismissed me and proceeded to ignore my emails when I asked for a solution.I chose a professional company to avoid damages, there is no accountability whatsoever and since he had received his payment he wasn’t bothered about after service support. I would not recommend them at all.
I applied for Vehicle Finance in April 2014 and in April 2019 my term was coming to an end with a balance of R57k I tried to apply for re-finance but I didn't get a response from SBSA I proceeded to source the funds myself and paid the R57k on 29April 2019,instead of closing the account after allocating the settlement amount SBSA proceeded to process the refinance amount with interest on the paid up account and bill me again this month when my account is supposed to be closed.Now I'm told to wait 7 days when the settlement amount reflected in April already why continue with the refinance when they allocated the R57k,this is both frustrating and makes your bank come across as rather incompetent,I never even received any communication of refinancing approval which comes as a shock now.I am really unhappy with your service and would like my refund of the debit order and that you close this account.
I joined Planet Fitness on 27 March 2014,there was a promotion running at that time where I paid a certain amount for 12 months. According to their contract communication was supposed to be sent to me 40 days prior to my contract lapsing and inform me of the expiration and what the new premiums would be should I choose to continue with them.Which they never did,instead they went on to deduct monthly fees. I called in on 2 April 2015 informing them that I was not aware that the contract just goes into auto renewal without any communication whatsoever and asked to cancel. I spoke to Patricia Nala on that day and she failed to inform me of serving notice. Now after another deduction I called in today and im told that my membership cancellation has been recorded for the 31 st May but I sent the request on 2 April?<br> First of all they did not keep to their end of the agreement by sending written communication before my contract expired. I just want this contract to be cancelled and I want my money back.
I bought a king koil bed from beares Arcadia last year February and it started giving me problems, i reported the matter to beares in November last year and I have been passed from pillar to post with no one resolving my problem, whats worse is they cant even give me a timeline as to when this matter wil be resolved. My reference number is 229262, I have sent the proof of purchase and ID but still no feedback. Can someone please get back to me
