The Uber Black car quality is now some of the worst I have ever seen. Not one in the last year is vaguely Black-level quality or cleanliness. But if you order an Uber Comfort or X you are basically riding in a death-trap. The absolute pits of a company.
Absolute toilet service. You have to now communicate with an amateur hour WhatsApp Bot that doesn’t work, and a tracking system that does not work, and a call-center that can’t track either (but they can escalate the matter internally apparently 🙄🙄🙄). Useless delivery service and tech tracking/ service.
The worst airline and experience in 30 years of flying. Disgusting customer service and a ********* lot too. Flight was delayed, then cancelled, overnight — staff were rude, belligerent, unhelpful and when following up on compensation they contradicted what the pilot told us on the plane (before disembarking), and said the flight was cancelled because of a lightning strike; which did not occur! Never, ever, whatever you do, fly on this airline.
The customer service from these guys is mind-blowing. Useless, rude, unprofessional. Do not use them. The 'supervisor' who attended the move was rude to his workers, and when the team damaged a very expensive table of mine, they blamed me for the scratch. I have rarely seen such an unprofessional supervisor, he seemed +-24 years old who treated his workers very poorly. In short, I was blamed for damaging my own table. I messaged the 'manager', and never received a message or apology back. This company treat their workers poorly, and are dismally rude to the client.
Used to love this airline - now they are arrogant and the absolute pits when it comes to customer service. Their website has bugs, and then you call their customer service, and sit on the line for 2 hrs. Mind-blowingly useless. Was only a matter of time before it all went to their heads...
So due to the horrendous signal experienced from CellC in Cape Town I chose not to re-new my 24 month contract ending February 29th 2016.<br> <br> On Sunday 28th February my contract ended and I did not have signal nor data.<br> <br> I have just received a bill dated 01 March (now my contract ENDED IN FEBRUARY) - for Smart Data for R551.66 for the month of March.<br> <br> Why the hell am I receiving this when I have not USED THE SERVICE NOR THE COMPANY AND HAVE NOT SIGNED FOR A FURTHER CONTRACT?<br> <br> Cell C - you are absolutely disgusting. I have told numerous people that you are head and shoulders the worst telecommunications company in Africa.<br> <br> Respond immediately.
It is absolutely mind-blowing that a company can take a R1200 deposit and not refund the money for more than 25 days!<br> <br> And there is NOTHING you can do! I have called, emailed, called again and again and again. The Strand street team are so unhelpful it is scary.<br> <br> The first car I received was filthy. <br> <br> The joke with these big companies, is that if you don't drop the car back within the hour of the agreed time, you are in breach and there are consequences. But they can hold onto your R1200 for more than a month and after every single request, they refuse to assist and refund the money within 5 days as promised.<br> <br> An absolute disgrace. And I cannot do a thing!!!!<br> <br> RUN from AVIS!!! The corporate thieves!
