I purchased a used vehicle... usually the start of every bad review. I had the vehicle for a little while now and the clutch gave up. I contacted the dealership, it was over the weekend but they I still got a response. They arranged to have the car collected, repaired and then delivered back to me. I have purchased used vehicles in the past, one of the worst experiences ever was purchasing at Willow Crest Motors. I expected the same treatment. The vehicle has done more than a thousand kilometers they said, you must pay for the repair. Not Lexus Midrand. I didn't have to speak to the dealer principle, I didn't have to remind them what the consumer protection act says. Apart from this over and above service, the car was in shocking condition when I said I would buy it, without me asking Lexus redid the upholstery, replaced, a lot of the interior fixtures that were damaged and put in new floor mats. Above and beyond is an understatement. Thank you Dominic and Michael for the excellent service.
