Poor Service – International Qualification Verification

I am extremely frustrated with MIE’s handling of my International Qualification Verification.

I have submitted my qualification along with the official SAQA verification certificate confirming that my international qualification has already been evaluated and certified. Despite this, I continue to receive the same repeated feedback, NQF level not verified yet I've submitted the NQF verification certificate with my qualification....

The ongoing back-and-forth is unnecessary and reflects poor service delivery, especially considering the documentation has already been vetted by SAQA.

I really wonder what are we being billed for.

Really frustrating process.
