Poor Service – International Qualification Verification I am extremely frustrated with MIE’s handling of my International Qualification Verification. I have submitted my qualification along with the official SAQA verification certificate confirming that my international qualification has already been evaluated and certified. Despite this, I continue to receive the same repeated feedback, NQF level not verified yet I've submitted the NQF verification certificate with my qualification.... The ongoing back-and-forth is unnecessary and reflects poor service delivery, especially considering the documentation has already been vetted by SAQA. I really wonder what are we being billed for. Really frustrating process.
Poor communication and transparency especially once they start receiving your bulk payment. I would advise against using them until you fully understand the process and get an estimate breakdown of the payment structure that will be presented to your creditors. Your creditors only receive payments after 3 months according to the sales agent, essentially you end up being worse off thean when you started.Secondly their call centre will hound you for your monthly payment but not assist you promptly when you escalate are debt harassment to them. Stay clear of them if you can and if not read your monthly statement throughly.
Service was efficient and attended to my request without hassle
Submitted a withdrawal request for my winnings on the 16th of March, still haven't been paid out. They keep shifting the goalposts in terms of what I need to submit in order to claim my winnings. Stay far clear of them. It's not worth the hassle.Asian call centre agents who cannot communicate effectively make the experience very unpleasant.
