MIE Reports Expunged ******** Record

MIE has incorrectly reported a ******** record that was legally expunged during a recent background check.

I am in possession of an official Expungement Certificate, yet this information was still disclosed, causing unnecessary prejudice and delays in my employment process. I have formally disputed the result and submitted the required documentation, but the matter has not been resolved timeously.

An expunged record should not be reported or re**** upon, and continued disclosure raises serious concerns regarding accuracy, fairness, and POPIA compliance. I am requesting that MIE urgently correct the report and confirm in writing that no ******** record exists.
