Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My recent experience at MiHa at Melrose Arch was beyond disappointing—it was downright shocking. My family and I were enjoying our meal when, out of nowhere, we were rudely interrupted by the manager. Instead of the hospitality you'd expect from any restaurant, we were treated with hostility and disrespect.

The manageress seemed more interested in chasing us away than allowing us to finish our meal in peace. It was as if they couldn’t wait to get rid of us, despite the fact that we were paying customers. Not only were we rushed, but we were practically chased out the door before we could even finish our food.

I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and rude behavior in a restaurant before. The way we were treated was unacceptable and left us feeling disgusted and upset. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people clearly dislike other nations besides their own kind and that is Muslim.

MiHa clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and I’ll never be returning
