Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I wish I could give this place zero stars. My recent experience at MiHa at Melrose Arch was beyond disappointing—it was downright shocking. My family and I were enjoying our meal when, out of nowhere, we were rudely interrupted by the manager. Instead of the hospitality you'd expect from any restaurant, we were treated with hostility and disrespect. The manageress seemed more interested in chasing us away than allowing us to finish our meal in peace. It was as if they couldn’t wait to get rid of us, despite the fact that we were paying customers. Not only were we rushed, but we were practically chased out the door before we could even finish our food. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and rude behavior in a restaurant before. The way we were treated was unacceptable and left us feeling disgusted and upset. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. These people clearly dislike other nations besides their own kind and that is Muslim. MiHa clearly doesn’t care about customer service, and I’ll never be returning

Good day, I would not even rate the place a ONE star I was arranging to have a bday lunch, I went a month before spoke to the 2 managers who promised me a lot of things I could do, the day before the bday I went to the restaurant to leave all the things I would need for the Bday , the Owner SCREAMED LIKE MY HUSBAD WAS A DOG saying he must not out anything against the wall ,bear in mind that this was a wooden easel that would not scratch a wall, she then told us that this is not a Hall and not a storage place. I asked those two managers before the day will it be ok if I bring the things the day before and they said not a problem at all, when we got there, they said they never said that. I asked if I could put a banner on the wall I was told no, after the mangers told me YES . I spent money making a banner, and I asked before I ordered a banner they said yes, when I asked them, they said no they never said I can use a banner, I showed them the messages which now they did not know what to say. ALL THEY DO IS LIE., I have wasted money, I was in tears with the owner's bad treatment. She could not care she was not even interested in helping me fix anything as this was the day before my bday. the area I was told I was told I could use for the lunch and no other ppl would be seated in that space by the manager had now changed to anyone would be seated in that space, at this point the manger walked away not interested and had no customer attics. I think she needs to go for customer service training. Because she has money, she thinks its ok to scream and shout at ppl the way they want to. I am embarrassed to call her a Muslim woman, As Allah does not say you should ill treat people. I WOULD NOT RECOMAND THIS PLACE ALL STAFF JUST LIE AND THE OWNER IS RUDE

We visited MiHa yesterday the 1st January 2024 in the evening, we ordered a vegetarian arrabiata pasta and we received one that included a piece of chicken. After sending it back and receiving another one, the second dish included a piece of chicken yet again, small enough to be consumed without knowing. Extremely terrible response from management saying that the pasta dish was ordered by another customer previously that requested chicken implying that the dishes are not washed between meals for vegetarian or for people who don’t consume certain animal products either for religious or personal reasons. Managements apology and response was very poor and our reasonable response to the circumstance was not met with a reasonable outcome. (We were offered a free desert, which frankly we didn’t care for). This has led us here. We thought it would be important to share this for people who are visiting. We liked the place, such a pity.

Good ambience and service. Very efficient booking system which means no waiting times. Great food and a nice family restaurant outing. The owner takes time out to greet patrons and ask about service. Not something you generally find in other restaurants.
