Good ambience and service. Very efficient booking system which means no waiting times. Great food and a nice family restaurant outing. The owner takes time out to greet patrons and ask about service. Not something you generally find in other restaurants.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Most of my experiences have been pleasant. Quick checkouts at the tills. My experience finds that the earlier you go in the day the better your experience with shopping and staff.
Having moved not by choice to Dot Sure, they have nothing to show but proven that their customer service is atrocious. I called in for assistance on my account for the first time and received a reference number and promised a callback. To date no callback, I then received emails that my query was resolved and closed. I emailed them back that this was not the case and still have not heard from them. Bad service and hoping to move to another company as soon as I finalised my new quotes.
Sixty60 has proven to be useful and made it more convenient for grocery shopping. Their app is user friendly and their deliveries are prompt and generally on time. If there is a delay they notify you accordingly.
Great service delivery and responses, I think they are the best e-commerce company in ZA. Their delivery times and spot on and well-coordinated.

I researched many solar companies, got quotes and wanted answers to very specific questions based on my own research. Nexsolar were able to advise us on the necessary options and also replied to my emails on the very specific queries I had raised. I really only wanted to write this review after my first month of being operational. I have already seen a tangible 60% saving on my mid-winter bill! Their installation team were super professional, organised and did an exceptional job. The solar solution we have was well specced for our energy needs and thus far yielding positive results. The MD, Garth Van Sittert and his team were always helpful and professional.
I recently bought three mountain bikes from Makro Woodmead for the Kids. The salesmen were very friendly and explained to us the correct sizes to choose and difference between the two different types of gears etc. One of the bikes was the last one left and was a display bike but we decided to purchase the bike. However upon reaching home we found that the display bike made an unusual noise when riding and applying the brakes. The next day I took the bike back. The returns department requested the bike salesmen to come check the bike out, they tried to repair the bike and could not fix it. I was refunded my money without a fuss and they also took my details down for when the bike is back in stock to contact me. Fortunately the bike was back in stock within about two weeks and we made the purchase. Great service and credit must be given where due.
