The service gets worse. I eventually return the LED Lamp to original store in Access Park and not for e the cashier to tell me shes unable to make reversal purchase.
I make things easy for her and i say okey fine since you cant replace the lamp i want my money back. She panics ans says okey we can try out the other lamps so we can exchange it for you and im like thats what i wanted in the first place.
The brand i had bought all of them in the shelve are not working i resort to take the 1 R10 lesser then the 1 im exchanging now the issue is the R10 her manager is off and cant take money out from the counter. I ask her what do you think i should?
Leave your details and when manager is back we will give you a ring. Told her that doesnt make sense give me my money back as ive given you proof of purchase and the product back or give me a Led lamp that work as my business is on hold because of this.
