Good evening I had a bad experience in MIMI.Q store in promenade today where a cashier forgot to check out a electrical nail filing product my daughter board so I ask her to see if it works Then a guy came he's name is Edward he said he is the manager of the store So he checked it out in front of me and I saw he was struggling with it and I tried and I told him that the product is not working properly so I told him I don't want it he must refund me so he got angry and told me no he not going to refund me and I don't know how to use it and I'm stupid Moral of the story is he is very rude and need some manners and he is not management material please give him other duties as he doesn't know how to treat customers I will never let my daughter buy at that store again and I won't recommend someone there

I decided to do my lashes at this company Worst decision ever , the last glue was plastered on my eyes with the attempt to remove it with different types of products it was unbearable no amount of oil or heat could loosen this glue I’ve lost my own lashes due to this . Will never recommend this company to anybody , if applying lashes to customer is an option they should provide professionalism ,competency in their service as well as a real actual qualified lash tech !!!!

I went to the Seapoint branch this afternoon and I was served by a black lady, wearing a brown dress, she was so distracted by a video call of a man. When I was giving her the money she was not looking and grabbed cash that was not meant for her which I placed in the table, my hand was holding the cash to give her but because her focus was on the man who was on the call she was having , I was forced to listen to her conversation with that man about lunches and meeting to take over, which I was not interested on, I had to ask her for a plastic twice. I've been a customer of Mimi.Q ever since I moved here in 2022 and this is my first time experiencing such. The best service will always be Adderley Street next to Tops , those ladies are always polite and ready to serve. This one really undermined me because m black like her and thought I don't matter as a customer for her to pay attention her man than me, j was only there for less than 3 minutes, she could have allowed me to finish and continue her conversation. In my experience as a CS you are not allowed to eat, use your phone infront of customers, it is unprofessional.

I went to MIMI.Q on Friday, 25 November 2022 to shape my eyebrows. I then bought a facial mask which costs R9.99. The brown shape is R40.00. I paid with a card and I was given the slip from the machine only. I did not check the slip. When I went on my bank app when I got home I saw that the debited R200.00 from my card. I called on Monday to let them know and I was told to bring the slip. I went to the branch today, MIMI.Q. in Midestad Mall Bellville and they refused to refund me telling me that I should have an invoice slip detailing what I did. I told her that the slip was not issued. I then demanded footage for Friday. They know very well that the speed point should not balance and I need a reprint of the slip on Friday. They are fraudulent and I am waiting for the footage to be sent to my email. I will open up a case against them. I will not allow myself to be robbed. It does not even make sense how R50.00 was captured as R200. I still walked out of the store without my R150.00.

I make things easy for her and i say okey fine since you cant replace the lamp i want my money back. She panics ans says okey we can try out the other lamps so we can exchange it for you and im like thats what i wanted in the first place. The brand i had bought all of them in the shelve are not working i resort to take the 1 R10 lesser then the 1 im exchanging now the issue is the R10 her manager is off and cant take money out from the counter. I ask her what do you think i should? Leave your details and when manager is back we will give you a ring. Told her that doesnt make sense give me my money back as ive given you proof of purchase and the product back or give me a Led lamp that work as my business is on hold because of this.

On the 18/05/2022 was busy with a client and only to realize that the LED LIGHT does not come on meaning its not working. Due to working in Claremont i decided that ill return it @ the Mimi Q on Stadium On Main and the response ibgot from a Xhosa speaking lady with short blonde hair was "We cant replace it for you as we will run out of stock" my question was if i had bought it @ JHB would you say the same thing? She said we CANT TAKE THE RISK

On the 26 March 2022 I went to Mimi Q in Capetown opposit legit for make up at 11:57. There were 2 ladies that were doing us make up . One took a lunch at 12:00 and she never came back. It was long que and work only one lady. I was number 3 but they finish me at 15:30. Poor customer service. The lady used different product for my face. Dark color and am not dark.
