I sent my docs via post office on 15 May and it has not been delivered, the last update is 19 June. I called several times but no answer. I sent an email but no response. I started my documents and sent via PAXI and it took only 2 day and there were communicating.
I sent my parcel via PAXI they advised it will take 2-3 days and it only took 2 days . Thank you so much for good service.
I sent important forms via SA POST OFFICE on 15 of May 2023. The last update was on the 6 June 2023 . I called the call centre more than 10 times but no answer. I sent an email but no response. Poor service. Today is the 14 of June . My parcel is not moving.
I received R50 voucher from Debonairs, On the 29-01-2023 I purchased pizza online that cost me R189 and I used my voucher then the difference was R139 . I used my card details to make a payment but the money that was taken out was R189. I went to Debonairs Delft mall to collect my order and I show the manager and on the slip R50 is there , how ever it has not be deducted. The manager said I must contact my bank, I told him that my bank doesn't have any thing to do with this , the money has been deducted by Debonairs. So on Monday 30-02-2023 I contacted customer service they gave me email address to email slip and the statement, which I did on the same day, but no response till today
Yesterday I went to Woolworths in sunlam centre in Parrow. I received discount voucher by text. I went to pay at customer service . I showed the lady my voucher on the phone , she asked me to download app so that she can scan the voucher and I must wait on the side, she cancel my items and ask some customers. I download the app I showed her then I asked her why do I need to have a app for this ? I always get discount vouchers but they punch in the number? She didn't reply. Because of network then she couldn't use app then she started punching in the number that was on my text. She didn't apologize and she was having attitude. I called the manager and reported that incident and she advised me , she will speak to her .
On the 26 March 2022 I went to Mimi Q in Capetown opposit legit for make up at 11:57. There were 2 ladies that were doing us make up . One took a lunch at 12:00 and she never came back. It was long que and work only one lady. I was number 3 but they finish me at 15:30. Poor customer service. The lady used different product for my face. Dark color and am not dark.
I made a laybye at foscini store then i was wrobed i lost the slip i went back to the store they said i dont have a slip and i wont get my money back . Then i write an email to the head office and they email to me the slip and i got refund .
I received a call from AV in 2015 so they explain to me their product and i was interested so they told me that i will only start paying following month and they told me that i will receive R3000 worth vourch via post office which its not true and they deducted same month and i was not working . What i dont understand how do they sign someone that is not working? And why they dont listen to the calls ? So aince 2015 they been deducting in my account till now and i called them to cancel they told me i must pay cancellation fee. How can i pay cancellation fee if they sold me a dead snake . Please help me because now its affecting my credit record
