Although it was emotional to part with the vehicle, I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding support and service provided. I would highly recommend the company to anyone in need of reliable and professional assistance.
On the 8th December 2025 I sent through a parcel from Mnandi PEP store to P6375 PEP Gugulethu Square Parcel number D611031054046. I reached out to PEP as confirmation was sent to me via sms. When got to the Gugulethu store they stated it has arrived but not yet unpacked. This year on the 3rd JANUARY 2025 I went again and they said it has not yet arrived,showed them the sms confirmation but no luck. The value was more the R3000 and yet when I reached out to Customer Service they later provided me with an answer of they can refund me R500 and informed me that I had no insurance in the Parcel as if that information is provided to you or asked before a parcel is accepted by one of their administrators.. I am broken as my children could not look the part for the festive season and no shoes for back to school. I need someone to get back to me ASAP as this is unacceptable. I had taken the opportunity to purchase a phone using the Pay Joy option. The phone that I have purchased/renting until full payment is done is: SAMSUNG A24 BLACK 128GB D Now this phone was purchased at VODACOM in VANGATE MALL CPT Consultant that assisted me is: SALAA001 Before anything was finalized I asked her whether will the phone be NETWORK LOCKED and she assured me that no it won't be. I than asked if I can use my my existing MTN number (SIM) into this new phone and she said yes. I than decided to take insurance with vodacom of the phone and they (Lydia)informed me that the vodacom SIM will be registered on the insurance... Few days later I noticed that if I take the vodacom SIM out of the phone my phone doesn't function at all. Today 03/10/2023 I decided to go back and cancel the insurance as it's the only thing that's keeping this SIM on my phone which i am not using and my Telkom SIM is rotated with MTN due to this VODACOM SIM registered in ny insurance. Consultant that assisted me told me they explained it incorrectly. When taking a phone with Pay Joy a number has to be app locked no matter what the network is in order to keep track of the payments etc... I'm shattered as this VODACOM SIM registered at PAY JOY is a dummy SIM (SIM that I'm not using.. My payments are made on a weekly bases and I need this VODACOM SIM out of this Phone and rather register my 6 year old SIM (MTN) as I can't afford to loose that number. Please I can't wait until I pay out the phone for this issue to be sorted please. The service gets worse. I eventually return the LED Lamp to original store in Access Park and not for e the cashier to tell me shes unable to make reversal purchase. I make things easy for her and i say okey fine since you cant replace the lamp i want my money back. She panics ans says okey we can try out the other lamps so we can exchange it for you and im like thats what i wanted in the first place. The brand i had bought all of them in the shelve are not working i resort to take the 1 R10 lesser then the 1 im exchanging now the issue is the R10 her manager is off and cant take money out from the counter. I ask her what do you think i should? Leave your details and when manager is back we will give you a ring. Told her that doesnt make sense give me my money back as ive given you proof of purchase and the product back or give me a Led lamp that work as my business is on hold because of this.
Made a purchase of a UV LED LIGHT for nails on the 17/05/2022 @ Access Park Cape Town. On the 18/05/2022 was busy with a client and only to realize that the LED LIGHT does not come on meaning its not working. Due to working in Claremont i decided that ill return it @ the Mimi Q on Stadium On Main and the response ibgot from a Xhosa speaking lady with short blonde hair was "We cant replace it for you as we will run out of stock" my question was if i had bought it @ JHB would you say the same thing? She said we CANT TAKE THE RISK

I recently bought a Queen size bed at Bears (Claremont Branch) on the 18 September 2020 cash. 2 weeks later i notice that tje mattress is slanted my side being the main factor as i share a bed with my 1 year old son. I therefore contact the sales lady that assisted that day ZUKIE and she asked me to take a picture and forward it to her. With that said i need to be the one who contacts her to ask what is the process and progress. 9 Days later she tells me she logged the ticket. 13 dats later a guy called Mike calls to comfirm the issue and was informed he is the supplier. Till today tbe bed has not been collected and no communication is done unless i call and ask or Zukie would say "im not at work dear' and this is ****ing me off as i can NOT take a day off just to sort this out. Im hurt and i regret doing the purchase at BEARS i can NEVER recommend it to anyone
