Poor management and customer service

Today I went to mimmos gateway there service is pathetic first my beer was given to another table when I ask about it they brought my beer from that table then my pizza was given to another table and when I asked they brought me a pizza that I didn't order and told me that my pizza was given to another table and they are sorry about it we called the manager by the name Lungie and she was going to come back to us but did not come back to us we had to call the shop to speak to her and at the end of it we were charged for things that we didn't eat lucky I saw the slip and asked the waitress was is the items we were being charged for because we didn't eat those things that was on the slip she apologized and said she will deduct those things and only pay for what we ate . I will never recommend anyone to eat in that place ever again.what a waste of time and poor management .
