My internet suddenly stopped working , I call in support @ 18:55 for assistance , an agent says he will call me back , after 40 minutes I have to call back to find out what’s going on and he tell me that the number he has to contact me is incorrect even through I sent multiple emails to sales even before I got the Wi-Fi router that they need to update my details , the support agent then tells me he is gonna reboot then call me back …after another 30 minutes he doesn’t call me back , I try and call and my call isn’t going through because it’s after hours
If this is how mind the speed works where you purposely waste time and lie to client that you will assist only to waste time so it not your problem anymore is really disappointing.
This is really poor service and from the word go I’ve had nothing but issues with mind the speed .
Please get an agent to call me so I can cancel my service because I dont want to deal with a company that treats me like this
