I bought electricity yesterday and I’ve been trying to redeem the ****** voucher multiple times with multiple phones just to get the voucher , now this call center agent has the nerve to tell me that I didn’t try to redeem it …why would I be reaching out if I didn’t have an issue ???? This level of customer service is pathetic …I worked hard for the money I earn and I will not go down without a fight . I’m either getting my voucher or my refund.
My internet suddenly stopped working , I call in support @ 18:55 for assistance , an agent says he will call me back , after 40 minutes I have to call back to find out what’s going on and he tell me that the number he has to contact me is incorrect even through I sent multiple emails to sales even before I got the Wi-Fi router that they need to update my details , the support agent then tells me he is gonna reboot then call me back …after another 30 minutes he doesn’t call me back , I try and call and my call isn’t going through because it’s after hours If this is how mind the speed works where you purposely waste time and lie to client that you will assist only to waste time so it not your problem anymore is really disappointing. This is really poor service and from the word go I’ve had nothing but issues with mind the speed . Please get an agent to call me so I can cancel my service because I dont want to deal with a company that treats me like this
I’ve had a request for service activation since last week , my ISP placed a request to clear the premise and Vuma sent confirmation that the line has been cleared , I work from home and I stressed the importance of having internet , I call to request feedback on my activation order that has been pending since last week and now they are telling me there still needs to be a clearance request placed on the premise , something that was done last week and confirmed via Vuma automated email system . There is clearly confusion and lies being told because how can an activation order be placed if the premise wasn’t cleared . I was aware that Vuma is a very unprofessional company but this level of incompetence in astounding . And your call center agents are very rude I WANT INTERNET TODAY !!!
Worst company ever , super nice to get you onboard but after they get what they want you are just another number to them , you will truly be very lucky if you get a response from them after onboarding . I have creditors sending lawyers because Debt busters isn’t paying them , I’ve sent multiple emails to debt busters but their “ Helpful debt counsellors” yes I’ve had to deal with more than one person and neither of them even bothered to respond to my message . I want to change immediately, DONT TRUST THUS COMPANY !!!! I’m warning you , you WILL cry tears I hate them and I really wish I never spoke to anyone from that company .
