Very disappointed on their customer support. My internet was down by 8am Saturday and they have not followed up on the fault. In addition when I tried to call them later on Saturday their support line was already closed so I sent an email to their support and have not heard back from them. Then I called their support on Sunday and waited 15 min in que before using the option for them to call me back. I am still waiting. Guess no employees are available.
I was very happy with them before this but an entire weekend with no internet and no idea what is happening is unacceptable
