Waiting for more than 8 weeks for payout!!!

<p>My husband went on 18 July 2016 to the Mine Workers Provident Fund that is situated at the Sibanye Gold Mine,  Carletonville.  He resigned from his work and due to that he wanted his Provident Fund to be paid out.</p> <p>He submitted all the relevant and necessary papers.  He is then told that he will get the money within 4 weeks after prosessing.</p> <p>He went there yesterday, 12 September 2016 and they told him that they are trying to call him for several weeks now.  He showed his phone to them and they said the number is not on there.  Then they told him that he don't have a tax number so they can prosess his request.  He told them but he gave all the papers and documents to them.  They just said sorry and then ignored him further.</p> <p>We hope that you can help us, because we wanted the money desperatedly so that we can pay our home loan with that.</p> <p>We can't even pay our other debt.</p>
