Horrible Experience, Poor Quality, and Unprofessional Service—Lost My Money

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Minit Print Centurion for a label printing job, and I would strongly advise others to go elsewhere.

Firstly, they missed the deadline: after paying in full upfront, they completely missed my order for an entire week. I had to follow up, and only then was the order rushed.

The product is unusable: when I collected the labels, the quality was appalling. The font was unreadable, and the printing quality was so poor the labels are completely unusable for their intended purpose.

Lost my money: Considering I had to pay beforehand, it is shocking that a print shop would not ensure the final product is usable. I have effectively lost my entire payment due to their poor quality control and lack of attention to detail.

Unprofessional Staff: To make matters worse, one of the technical staff members exhibited a very unprofessional and negative attitude when I inquired about the issues.

I cannot recommend this print shop. Avoid if you expect quality and professional service.
