One thing that personally ticks me off big time is poor service. This will be the downfall of a well-running hotel if it doesn't get looked into. A few things need repairing. Please look into the 007 air conditioners and the privacy. When I'm in the jacuzzi, public watchers make it very uncomfortable through the glass. The living room is extremely hot; there's no air conditioning. The beach unit has the best air conditioning throughout the two bedrooms to the living room. Porters are amazing—10 out of 10 for them, and the reception staff as well. The one or two reception ladies I encountered during my week-long stay need to learn who to mess with and who not to. If my check-in was inconvenient, why make check-out one as well? The place was tidy at check-out. Not even both rooms were used. There was hardly anything to clean but one towel! I have stayed in many hotels, and not even Michelangelo has ever in three years charged me for towels with makeup on them. Just wash them; they are not damaged! Work on the attitudes of the one or two reception ladies who clearly barked up the wrong tree for me to consider coming back.
