A total scam of a company

A total scam. I bought a fancier model phone and since it was in stock (according to the website) I thought the delivery wouldn't take very long but after 14days of waiting, they told me they were having supply problems but didn't address the fact that they lied about the product being in stock. The last official correspondence from them (from a person) was in early March.

They took my money, promised me something and ran away. They are completely uncontactable and all I end up talking to is a chat bot but yet my money is gone. Not only do they lie on their website that phones are in stock but the whole 7 to 14-day delivery is a fallacy. Why do they not have transparency instead they leave the customer in a very bad situation? If I could I would give them no stars. Total disgrace of a company and giving Xiaomi a bad name
