Last month we were confused as to why money left our account so fast....
On Saturday, my husband asked me why MTN is billing us R780.00 for a R280.00 uncapped data contract. We investigated with MTN, and to our shock, Mira Technologies have (by themselves) subscribed us.
I have made contact with them today, if we do not receive a refund of R1000.00 (two months) we will be laying a charge against them this very evening for fraud and illegal activity.
We are also absolutely disgusted that MTN allowed this, with no signatures at all.
