I received my order but order it is not complete as only one product wad in the package.

I ordered 2 items , #3 and #6 and only #3 in the package

I called them 7 times, the number was either busy or went to voice mail.

I sent an email to their customer support and received an automated response asking me to reach them through WhatsApp as that is they “official platform “

I reached out on WhatsApp at 11am today and not a single response, I even followed up - it’s complete silence.
