Be aware - Be Warned....
This business deserves zero stars.
I will never ever purchase anything from MISS LYN shop again!!!!! Manager/owner was extremely rude, humiliating; absolutely no customer etiquette. I purchased bedding etc. at MISS LYN - Tyger Valley, over R3200, only to discover at home the pillow cases are not standard sizes and that they lied to say that all the bedding I bought was 20% off. Upon checking my slip at home later the day, I discovered that I actually paid full price for one of the bed sets'. I returned the purchase the very next day, requesting for my cash refund as I was unhappy with the purchase (everything still in it's original packaging. The shop assistant called the manager/owner who accused me of lying (even before he consulted his employee) and said it's my own fault the pillow cases don't fit as I should have told the shop assistant what size I want. Even though "I asked for standard size!!!" He then instructed the shop assistance to give me a credit note as he refused to give my cash back. He threatened me to say "I will see what happens if I take this further and that he reports to nobody" I asked him for his name, he replies with "you don't need my name" I don't think any customer should be treated like this. He put the phone down in my husband's face and mine later when I tried calling again their "Head Office" to complain. I am ever sorry I stepped foot in that shop. I still did not get my refund.
You are better off buying your bedding from Woolworths, @House or any other well established business that sells equal or even better quality bedding as they wouldn't blink an eye lid to return ones hard earned money if you are not satisfied with their product.
