I wish I could load pics. Bought wireless headset and strip lights. When I opened the box the lights packaging was opened already and the headset was broken. Not to mention, I ordered a rose gold headset, packaging read rose gold but instead I got a broken black head set! Wow, takealot. Your quality and service has dropped hugely.
Ismail Patel is now trading under a new name “CI Aluminium’ previously traded under Royal Glass and Aluminium. DO NOT, I repeat ‘DO NOT’ use this conman. (Check out his FB page. Royal Glass and Aluminium) Ismail Patel are you not embarrassed, stealing peoples hard earned money. How do you sleep at night? This is why your business will never prosper. And you keep changing your business name, hoping never to be caught out. You quick to quote and take our money, but very poor service delivery and no after service. Your quality of work is below average. when i try to call you to repair/fix your inferior work, you ignore my messages and your phone is permanently off (you prob blocked me). Biggest mistake was to trust you Ismail. Shame on you Ismail Patel. Have you no pride in yourself or your business?

Be aware - Be Warned.... This business deserves zero stars. I will never ever purchase anything from MISS LYN shop again!!!!! Manager/owner was extremely rude, humiliating; absolutely no customer etiquette. I purchased bedding etc. at MISS LYN - Tyger Valley, over R3200, only to discover at home the pillow cases are not standard sizes and that they lied to say that all the bedding I bought was 20% off. Upon checking my slip at home later the day, I discovered that I actually paid full price for one of the bed sets'. I returned the purchase the very next day, requesting for my cash refund as I was unhappy with the purchase (everything still in it's original packaging. The shop assistant called the manager/owner who accused me of lying (even before he consulted his employee) and said it's my own fault the pillow cases don't fit as I should have told the shop assistant what size I want. Even though "I asked for standard size!!!" He then instructed the shop assistance to give me a credit note as he refused to give my cash back. He threatened me to say "I will see what happens if I take this further and that he reports to nobody" I asked him for his name, he replies with "you don't need my name" I don't think any customer should be treated like this. He put the phone down in my husband's face and mine later when I tried calling again their "Head Office" to complain. I am ever sorry I stepped foot in that shop. I still did not get my refund. You are better off buying your bedding from Woolworths, @House or any other well established business that sells equal or even better quality bedding as they wouldn't blink an eye lid to return ones hard earned money if you are not satisfied with their product.
<p>I've been a customer of Vodacom for over 10years, Never had I experienced this pathetic service from them before.</p> <p>I've called the customer care so many times due to the fact that my problem had not been solved (and still hasnt) . I eventually exeeded the number of times a client can call in to the customer care line. I was promised that a technician would call me, it's been 2 days, still no call. Not to mention, the consultants are so unhelpful, the noise in the background and they answer the call but nobody speaks, the time they keep you on hold when you do get to speak to someone. VODACOM YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.</p>
